  Massage:

Toby's massage techniques include remedial, deep tissue, sports, accupressure, trigger point therapy and therapuatic massage.

Massage can benefit athletes in many ways, faster recovery from training sessions and events, rehabilitation from injurys, reducing the chances of injury by improving flexibility, agility and circulation.

These benefits allow athletes to undergo more training at a higher intensity ultimately achieving a greater level of fitness and performance. Massage therapy also helps to regulate and balance the body's internal systems, therefore allowing the body to function more efficiently under the strain of rigorous exercise.

  Cooking:

Toby offers specialised meals that are highly nutritious and are catered to the needs of training athletes. His extensive menu is restaurant quality but with a primary focus on health. He offers athlete sized portions that provide the right balance of carbs, proteins and fats. This increases energy levels and nutrition to aid recovery and improve performance.

Toby can also offer meals to suit specific dietry needs and can cater for a large number of athletes.

  Camps:

A difficulty arises when organising meals and massages for training camps and sporting events in foreign countries. Toby is available to travel globally and caters exclusively to the needs of athletes in a variety of sporting bodys. He is available for massaging and cooking if required. He is flexible and able to work accordingly with the schedules of the athletes and events.
